Buses to the GTX station run nearby. It is also quick to get there by bicycle.
Smoking is prohibited indoors; please use the terrace instead. Please let us know if you need any specific items. We will provide whatever is possible upon consultation with the owner. In principle, parking is limited to one vehicle; however, if you move your car during the morning or day after parking overnight, it is possible to accommodate a second vehicle nearby.
There are various facilities nearby, including a large health park with tennis and badminton courts, the Unjeong Multi-purpose Sports Center, Unjeong Starfield, and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Convenient amenities such as convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants are also available.
All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. (Gas rates increased slightly during winter but will be reduced again starting in March.) Additional maintenance fees may be charged in cases of excessive usage. Included items: gas, water, electricity, internet, elevator, common entrance CCTV, access to recycling bins, and interior/exterior building cleaning.
It’s a quiet neighborhood with a health park and great coffee spots nearby! The host was kind enough to provide extra items we needed even after we had already moved in, and I really appreciate all the thoughtfulness shown during our 7-week stay. ^^ We had a wonderful time—taking evening walks with the family and enjoying snacks together on the terrace. Since the other residents in the building were quiet, we were mindful to be considerate as well, and we really loved the peaceful atmosphere. I think I’ll find myself missing Marble Lounge from time to time. ~~^^ Also, thank you for the pizza from the first floor—it was delicious! ♡ It’s a great-value place you can stay at with confidence. 😀
