No smoking indoors. We will send you usage guidelines once the booking is confirmed.
Additional management fees may be charged if included items are used excessively.
When I politely raised the issue of students in the next room talking loudly all night, I was asked to be as careful as possible when speaking; it seems they prioritize the tenant who made the noise (perhaps because they are a long-term resident). If you are considering a short-term contract, please take this into account and consider it carefully.
