Station (Airport Railroad), the property offers convenient access to the airport and major areas of Seoul. An airport bus stop and Sogang Univ. Station (Gyeongui-Jungang Line) are just a 3-minute walk away, while Yeonhui-dong’s "Yeontral-gil"—home to numerous trendy cafes and popular restaurants—is within a 15-minute walk, making this a location that excels in both transportation and local amenities.
This unit is a studio apartment operated as a short-term rental rather than a standard commercial lodging facility. It has been recently renovated with new wallpaper and flooring to ensure a pleasant living environment. Once your booking is confirmed, I will send you detailed instructions along with the access codes for the main building entrance and your unit's door lock prior to your arrival. With a dual-security system—featuring both a main entrance lock and a private unit lock—guests staying alone can feel safe and secure. For hygiene reasons, bedding and toiletries are not provided, so please bring your own. Indoor smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. As this is a shared residential building, please be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours. The unit is set back slightly from the main road, making it relatively quiet. Regarding utilities, gas and water charges are included in the maintenance fee; electricity costs are settled separately only if usage exceeds the set allowance. Upon checkout, the meter will be read, and any excess usage will be calculated transparently. Turning off lights, the air conditioner, and the heating system when you go out helps significantly in saving on costs. English communication is available. With Daiso just a 3-minute walk away and Olive Young a 4-minute walk away, you can easily pick up daily necessities or cosmetics during your trip or business stay. Hyundai Department Store, E-Mart, hospitals, pharmacies, and convenience stores are all within walking distance, making it a convenient location for both short- and long-term stays. The interior features a calming white and beige color scheme; with recently updated wallpaper and flooring, the space maintains a clean, bright, and comfortable atmosphere for your stay.
Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the management fee. Additional charges for electricity and water apply only if usage exceeds the set standard allowance; upon move-out, we will calculate the cost transparently based on the actual excess usage recorded by the meters. Please take a moment to check the lights, air conditioner, and boiler when you go out; this helps reduce unnecessary energy consumption and saves on costs. 😊
