With a dual-security system—featuring both a main entrance lock and a private unit lock—guests staying alone can feel safe and secure.
For hygiene reasons, bedding and toiletries are not provided, so please bring your own. Indoor smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. As this is a shared residential building, please be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours. The unit is set back slightly from the main road, making it relatively quiet.
Regarding utilities, gas and water charges are included in the maintenance fee; electricity costs are settled separately only if usage exceeds the set allowance. Upon checkout, the meter will be read, and any excess usage will be calculated transparently. Turning off lights, the air conditioner, and the heating system when you go out helps significantly in saving on costs.
