- Noeul Stay Fully Furnished Short-Term Rental is a general rental property, not a lodging establishment; therefore, you are responsible for cleaning, laundry, and trash disposal during your stay. - All utilities, including electricity, water, gas, and internet, are included in the management fee. - If usage exceeds the included items (total monthly electricity + gas exceeding 100,000 KRW), additional management fees may be requested. - Costs for contamination, loss, or damage may be incurred based on a comparison before move-in and after move-out. - The cleaning fee paid in advance covers basic maintenance costs for the next move-in after the contract ends; if cleaning is incomplete, it will be deducted from your utility bill.
