I am sharing my home due to my husband's work schedule. It is an apartment that feels just like a charming house. With a layout rarely seen in Seoul, it has a touch of an international vibe. Although it shows some signs of age, it is well-maintained; it is also considered a home that attracts blessings, so it is said to bring good luck to those who stay here. Since I occasionally stay here myself when there are no guest bookings, the place is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable daily life.
It is a 10-minute walk on flat ground from Sadang Station, and you can also take local bus No. 17.

The allowance is 80 kWh of electricity and 20 m³ of city gas per week. Exceeding these limits will result in additional charges due to progressive electricity rates and winter heating costs. Additional fees will be charged at a rate of 220 KRW per kWh for electricity and 1,200 KRW per m³ for city gas.
