✔ Opening Special ️ We are offering a spacious and comfortable 40㎡ (12 pyeong) accommodation, recently renovated, at an opening special price. ✔ This is a place my husband and I, who love Yeonnam-dong, prepared for our occasional stays. We would like to rent it out to those who need it, so we hope good people will stop by. Transportation

This is a prime location accommodation situated just 100m (a 1-minute walk) from Exit 2 of Hongik Univ. Station (Airport Railroad). It offers convenient access to the airport and major areas of Seoul, and boasts excellent accessibility to public transportation as it is located right in front of the bus lane.

Additional Details

✔️ The room features two queen-size beds (one can also be used as a sofa), a spacious dining and workspace, a vanity, ample floor space even with three 29-inch suitcases spread out, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for cooking. ️✔️ Blackout curtains have been installed for a cozy atmosphere and a restful sleep. ✔️ You can use the dryer in the shared laundry room in the basement. (A washing machine is available in the room.) ✔️ The host, who is fluent in English, is happy to kindly assist you with any questions you may have before, during, or after your stay.

The room is incredibly clean and pleasant, exactly like the photos. It gets plenty of sunlight, and you can really feel the care the host has put into the space. The bed (larger than a queen size) and the bedding were spotless, and the sofa bed was a highlight—it was so convenient to use as a sofa during the day and convert into a bed when needed. It was perfect for when my daughter stayed alone for a few days for her classes; she could keep it folded as a sofa, and then we could unfold it into a bed when I arrived. I need to visit Seoul again in November, but it’s a real shame I can’t stay here because it’s already booked.

The host is very kind and super responsive. Since I was arriving from abroad and knew I’d be dealing with jet lag, I asked if blackout curtains could be installed, and the host took care of it immediately. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness and attentiveness. The location is excellent, and the unit is very spacious. It has also been recently renovated, so the entire place feels clean, fresh, and comfortable. The one area that could be improved is the amenities. I assume the unit is relatively new to the rental market, as a few basic household items were missing. For instance, there was no cordless vacuum for quick cleanups, no dish-drying rack, and no extra rolls of toilet paper. This likely wouldn't be a major issue for a short stay of two or three nights. However, for guests staying a week or longer, having a few more basic household supplies would make the stay much more convenient and comfortable.

I originally booked a one-week stay here but loved it so much that I extended it by another week. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. It features a beautiful view, a large bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a big TV. It is located right next to Hongik University Station, making it very convenient for getting around. The centers of Hongdae and Yeonnam-dong are also right nearby. I really enjoyed my time here and would love to come back.
