This is a fully furnished, two-room accommodation offering a fantastic high-rise skyline view. It is equipped with two queen-size beds and a single sofa bed. (As this is a short-term rental, bed linens are not provided, but we can connect you with a rental service if needed; the photos shown are for illustrative purposes.) We have carefully prepared this space to ensure a comfortable stay, whether for the short or long term. It is a cozy and clean accommodation perfect for large families, trips with friends, staycations, business trips, or exchange students.
It is a 5-minute walk from Songdo Moonlight Festival Park Station and a 25-minute taxi ride from Incheon Airport.
*Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. *The entire building is a non-smoking zone; please smoke outside, as a special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for smoking indoors. *Upon check-out, please dispose of your trash at the designated recycling area on the 1st floor and leave the unit in the same clean condition as when you arrived. *Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. *Please refrain from excessive noise or loud behavior out of consideration for your neighbors. The International Business District, Central Park, Incheon National University, BIT Zone, Technopark, and Campus Town are all located nearby. The space has been thoroughly cleaned and is ready for immediate use upon your arrival. Please note: Compensation for damages or special cleaning fees will be charged in the event of any damage to or contamination of the property or its contents.

There is a park next to the accommodation, where you can take a walk or go for a light jog. Additionally, the building houses a convenience store, various restaurants (serving a wide variety of options, including Korean rice soup, burgers, meat dishes, seafood stew, pork cutlets, fried chicken, and snacks), a cafรฉ, a coin laundry, and a gymโproviding all the amenities you need within a convenient neighborhood.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included utilities.
