Hello, and thank you for staying at our property. I would like to clarify a few points in your review that differ from the facts. We never prohibited cooking during your stay. However, after you grilled fish indoors, the odor spread throughout the building and led to complaints from other residents; consequently, we had to ask for your understanding regarding this matter. Given the nature of our short-term rental units—which feature compact kitchenettes—we must ask guests to refrain from cooking foods that produce strong odors out of consideration for other guests and residents. In fact, the lingering smell after your departure required us to hire a specialized cleaning service at our own expense, a cost we did not pass on to you. We strove to accommodate you as much as possible, including accepting your request to move in a day early and facilitating an early check-in on the day of your arrival. Despite this, certain house rules—such as waste disposal guidelines—were not followed during your stay, and we discovered upon your departure that some items provided in the unit had been removed without authorization. We aim to provide the best possible service to guests who conscientiously follow our guidelines, and we remain committed to operating honestly and in accordance with our policies for all guests. Thank you.
