The unit features separate living and bedroom areas and comes fully furnished with a bed, table, TV, and other amenities. There is no separate cleaning fee. It is a 20–25 minute drive from Jeju Airport. It is a 5–7 minute walk to the bus stop.

Please note that refunds are not available for this reason.
- Electricity and gas (LPG) charges are based on actual usage measured by the meter. Water usage is calculated at a rate of 1,000 KRW per day. Meter readings will be taken upon both check-in and check-out.
