Rooms are for single occupancy, with a minimum stay of one week. Bedding and personal hygiene items (such as toiletries) are not provided. Each room is equipped with private internet access, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. Pets and smoking (including e-cigarettes) are prohibited. General waste must be disposed of individually using designated garbage bags; food waste should be placed in the kitchen area; and recyclables must be sorted and disposed of separately.
From Hyehwa Station Exit 4, head toward the Sungkyunkwan University Entrance intersection. Go down the street between Olive Young and Daiso. Look for the building with the iron gate directly ahead in the alley opposite the *gan-jjajang* (dry black bean sauce noodle) restaurant; the venue is on the 3rd and 4th floors. Check-in is contactless. Single occupancy only; visitors and outsiders are prohibited. Smoking is prohibited inside the building; violators will be evicted without a refund. Activities that disturb neighboring rooms are prohibited. (e.g., making loud phone or video calls, using washing machines or vacuum cleaners late at night or early in the morning; please sort your trash and keep the room clean.)
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
