This is a fully furnished room equipped with everything you need. Although the room is compact, it comes with all the essentials for daily living, making it convenient for both short- and long-term stays. (Due to the room's size, the maximum occupancy is two people.) Additionally, Mangwon Market is a 5-minute walk away and Hangang Park is about a 10-minute walk; the Mapo No. 16 bus stops right in front of the building, providing easy access to the subway station and the Hongdae area.
You can take the Mapo No. 16 bus from the stop right in front of the house to get to Hapjeong Station and Hongdae.
Check-in is contactless; once the booking is confirmed, I will send you the necessary details. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). You can check in and out yourself using the door lock passcode. I will send you the passcode via message around 12:00 PM on the day of your arrival.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM out of consideration for other tenants. As this is a short-term rental, bedding, towels, and daily necessities are not provided. Please bring these items with you. If you are unable to bring your own bedding, a rental service is available; please contact us for details. (Rental fee for pillows and all-season bedding [including floor mattress and towels]: 50,000 KRW) *Trash Disposal Instructions Please use standard designated trash bags for general waste. For recyclables, place them in recycling bags and dispose of them at the rear of the first-floor parking area. (Please ensure all food and beverage residues are removed before disposal.) For food waste, please purchase designated food waste bags and dispose of them in the food waste bin at the building entrance on the first floor. (Please make sure to use the yellow food waste bags.) A designated smoking area is available on the rooftop. You are free to use the rooftop, but please keep noise levels low after 10 PM out of consideration for neighbors. A clothes dryer is located near the rooftop entrance for your use. (Please note that use is prohibited after 10 PM due to noise.) A drying rack and a vacuum cleaner are also located on the stairs leading to the rooftop; please feel free to use them and return them to their original places. Thank you.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee; however, excessive use of electricity and gas will result in additional charges.
