I expected you to give a low rating, but I didn't expect you to give it 1 star without any explanation. While satisfaction may vary depending on the tenant, this was a tenant with whom communication and cooperation were difficult for me as well. Claiming that their move-out was imminent, they did not even receive the regular pest control service from CESCO for the entire building.

It was nice and quiet, and there are many convenience stores and bus stops nearby. The bed springs were a bit uncomfortable and it wasn't super clean, but the price is a plus.
