Approximately 5-6 minutes walk from the main building. Located near Jangsan Station and Jungdong Station. One parking space is available in the main building (first-come, first-served). (Parking for 1 car included in the management fee). ♧ The entrance/exit is narrow (tight for two-way entry). Please be aware. ♧ You can easily walk to Haeundae tourist attractions without driving, and parking fees are said to be quite expensive if you do drive! ♧ You can walk to all tourist attractions in about 30 minutes from the house.◇
Check-in is conducted "non-face-to-face." _ Simple cooking, such as barbecue, is possible on the spacious veranda. _Host's belongings are stored in the veranda's back storage room (room). (The back storage room is not available for guest use.) Although it is inconvenient, if you need to use the space, please consult with us. _ The access road is somewhat narrow, so please drive with caution. This villa is located about 1km behind LCT at Haeundae Beach. It is currently a redevelopment area and is somewhat run-down. However, nearby are Mipo, Cheongsapo, Songjeong, Gijang Coastal Train boarding stations, and marine leisure marinas within 3-4km. Gwangandaegyo Bridge is about 10km away, and Seomyeon, Dongnae, Nam-gu, Songdo, etc., are within a 25km radius. ♧Thank you for using our accommodation. ♧Come and enjoy Busan Haeundae with romance and ocean views! ♧The unit number is 601, but it is on the 4th floor.
