Even if you sign a contract on a weekly basis, your deposit will be refunded if you check out early—so there is no need to worry. Located right next to a police substation, this unit features two recently renovated rooms. It is a fully furnished, clean, and simple space equipped with two beds (one queen and one super single) and a TV. We take great care to ensure a comfortable stay for friends, couples, business travelers, families, or those in between moves. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Located within a 10-minute drive of nearby tourist attractions. A wide range of amenities—including a police substation, public bath, gym, Nonghyup bank, supermarket, and bus stop—are within a 1–2 minute walk. Situated right off National Route 7 (connecting Ulsan and Pohang).
Check-in is contactless (inquiries are welcome). Once the booking is confirmed, I will provide usage instructions, and I will send detailed information—including the access code on the morning of your arrival—before you check in.
There is a playground and a small park, and a long walking path just a one-minute walk away—perfect for an evening stroll. ♥︎

It is an incredibly clean and well-equipped place. The owner was kind, and it was the best accommodation I've stayed at.
The house was clean overall, which was great. Parking space was tight, so I had to park in the alleyway, but it wasn't a situation where I had to drive around endlessly looking for a spot. If you're bringing a suitcase, keep in mind that there are stairs equivalent to about two and a half floors. The living room layout meant there was no TV, which felt a bit empty, but my husband really liked the bathroom's heater/dryer unit that kept everything nice and dry. The kids loved it because there was a playground right in front and another one with a zip line near the nearby convenience store. I have a dust allergy, but the bedding was clean, and I slept very comfortably. My husband (who snores) slept in the small room, the kids slept on the two extra mats provided on the floor, and I had the bed to myself—it seemed like a comfortable time for everyone!
