It gets plenty of sunlight during the day. It is a newly built, high-end officetel. All appliances are built-in. It comes fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dish dryer, rice cooker, electric kettle, and hair dryer, as well as a clothing care system (Styler). Basic tableware is also provided. There are two air conditioning units. It features a separate bedroom with a door, making the layout very practical for living. There are many windows and a great view. You can simply move in with just your personal belongings.
Bus stop right in front of the complex; easy access to Pangyo Station and Seoul. Free parking for one vehicle per resident.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM Check-out is at 11:00 AM Smoking is not permitted indoors Please bring your own daily necessities (e.g., towels, toilet paper, shampoo, etc.)
The management fee is 100,000 won per week; this includes all costs such as electricity, water, and gas, so there are no separate charges.
I stayed here for five weeks, moving in during the heat of midsummer. As it is a newly built building, it is clean and the neighborhood is quiet, making it a great choice for those visiting for business. Above all, the presence of a clothing care system (Styler) and a central air conditioning system separate from the living area ensured a very comfortable stay.
