Cheonggyecheon Stream is right on your doorstep, making it highly recommended for runners. 4. Dongbu Hospital, Korea University Anam Hospital, Kyung Hee University Hospital, and Hanyang University Hospital are all nearby. 5. The district office and tax office are within walking distance.

To prevent fire hazards, please keep the induction cooktop in 'lock' mode when not in use. ☀️ Terrace Guidelines Please refrain from lighting fires, discarding cigarette butts, or talking loudly on the terrace. For safety reasons, please do not use the parasol on rainy or windy days. 🧼 Appliance Usage After using the washing machine, please leave the door and detergent drawer wide open to air out and prevent odors. The dryer is currently unavailable for use due to frequent malfunctions. We ask for your kind understanding. ♻️ Trash Disposal (at the utility pole in front of the house) General waste: Please dispose of it in a standard designated trash bag. Recyclables: Please sort items (plastic film/PET bottles/glass/cans/paper) and dispose of them in a clear plastic bag. 🐶 Pets are not permitted due to concerns regarding allergies for other guests and potential damage to bedding or wallpaper. I think this is the first time I’ve seen a place that looked even better in person than in the photos. I had a very comfortable stay. For anyone whose moving schedule doesn't quite align—just like mine didn't— I’d recommend trying out life in the charming neighborhood of Dongdaemun.
It was very convenient as it is close to the subway station, and the interior was cozy, but above all, I was satisfied with the building itself, as it is relatively new. The owner is also kind and takes great care of us. I had to leave a day early due to personal reasons, but I am very satisfied with my stay. Oh, and the night view from the terrace is also very beautiful. If I ever come to the area again, I will book here without hesitation. I had a great stay!
