I chose this place while looking for accommodation near the Daechi-dong academy district for my child. Many options in Daechi-dong itself were semi-basement units that were cramped and run-down, whereas this place offers a huge advantage: a bus stop is just a five-minute walk away, and the commute isn't affected by heavy traffic, allowing my child to travel independently. The atmosphere is quiet, with considerate neighbors. Unlike a hotel, the unit is fully equipped with a washing machine and kitchenware, making it easy to take care of my child's health. I opted for a layout with a separate living room and bedroom so my child could focus on studying; this worked out perfectly, as my child could concentrate in the bedroom while I handled light work or prepared meals. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for clean, comfortable accommodation that feels just like home. I plan to book a stay here again next year.
