House Rules • Please turn off all lights, air conditioning, hot water, and floor heating when not in the apartment. • Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the apartment or building. • Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted. • Please keep noise to a minimum between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM. • Please collect all trash and leave it in the apartment hallway before check-out. • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. • Please remove your shoes when entering the apartment. • Please report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible. • Please adhere to the check-out time to allow for cleaning before the next guests arrive.
