This is the weekly utility/service fee, covering gas (induction cooktop), water, electricity, and internet. (Additional charges may apply in cases of excessive usage.)
The facilities were spotless, and the service was friendly! I also loved the great location right across from Central Park. I had a very comfortable stay.
