⭐️ A newly renovated, fully furnished accommodation equipped with all necessary appliances and furniture. ⭐️ Features a layout with separate areas for the bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom (not a standard studio/one-room layout). ⭐️ Conveniently located near three subway lines: Sindang Station (Lines 2 & 6) and Cheonggu Station (Line 5). ✔️ Accommodates up to 2 guests. ‼️ Bedding and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) are not provided. ‼️ Bedding is available for rent; please inquire in advance if you wish to use this service. ‼️ For guests bringing their own bedding, we offer a package delivery acceptance service prior to check-in.
🚊 It is located in a "triple station area," just a 5-minute walk from Sindang Station and Cheonggu Station.
✔️ Pets and indoor smoking are strictly prohibited. ✔️ Once the booking is confirmed, we will provide you with the usage guidelines. ✔️ Check-in is contactless. ✔️ Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
✔️ Check-in: 15:00, Check-out: 11:00 (Subject to change based on availability / Additional fee for late check-out) ✔️ Door lock passcode sent on the morning of your stay.

I stayed here for about three weeks due to my moving schedule. The host was incredibly kind, and the place was spotless, comfortable, and wonderful! You could tell that great care had been put into every single item in the accommodation. It felt like staying in a lovely vacation rental. Thank you!

Due to housing issues, I’ve stayed in various short-term rentals, but this place was truly comfortable and made me feel genuinely at ease. It was just as well-maintained as the photos showed, and the cleanliness—which you can't always see in pictures—was excellent. On top of that, the host was so attentive to every detail that I felt comfortable reaching out whenever I needed anything. Unfortunately, the schedule didn't align for a follow-up booking, but had the opportunity arisen, I would have happily considered a long-term stay until my housing situation was resolved. With all the necessary furniture and appliances, plus an interior that wasn't overdone, it felt just like home. Although our time together was brief, I’m rooting for your continued success!^^🩷
I haven't hosted many guests yet since I just started, but you are someone I will likely remember for a long time. You kept the place so clean during your two-week stay that cleaning up was easy for me.
