You can control them conveniently by downloading the SmartThings app. 🗑️ Waste Disposal Instructions - Please do not let general waste, recyclables, or food waste accumulate in the room. Separate and place them in the designated bins outside the accommodation for collection, or dispose of them yourself. - Do not flush wet wipes, food scraps, or feminine hygiene products down the toilet, as they can cause plumbing blockages. - There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom; please open the small window inside for ventilation if needed. - You may be charged the replacement cost for any damage, loss, or theft of amenities or facilities caused by intentional acts or negligence. - Pets are not allowed. If contamination or damage exceeding the scope of standard cleaning is found during the checkout inspection, actual restoration costs may be charged. - For safety reasons, please turn off the air conditioner, heater, and boiler when leaving the room or checking out. - This accommodation is located in a residential area. It was convenient to get around thanks to the nearby stations; Jung-dong and Songnae stations were within walking distance, making access easy. Although the accommodation is located along the road, the surrounding area is a residential neighborhood, so it was relatively quiet and comfortable. Above all, the interior was spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. I had a comfortable time and would love to visit again if the opportunity arises!
