The location is excellent; it’s a quick trip to Dongtan Station or the Lake Park. I was worried about parking, but there are plenty of spaces available. The room is spacious and clean, and the manager is friendly. Trash disposal is convenient, and there are no issues with noise from neighbors above or below. However, the furnishings and appliances inside are quite old. It was likely built after 2016, so for a place less than a decade old, it seems to need a bit of maintenance. There are many dents in the flooring, and the refrigerator is very small—which is a bit inconvenient considering it's a short-term rental rather than a place for just a night or two, so you'd likely have some refrigerated food items.
