You can travel conveniently by taking bus No. 201 from the Haengwon-ri bus stop.

General waste must be disposed of in designated waste bags. Please sort recyclables and take them to the nearest "Clean House" (waste collection station) yourself. For food waste, please pay using a transit card at the Clean House when disposing of it. 3. As this is a short-term rental unit rather than a commercial lodging facility, please note that toiletries, bedding, and towels are not provided. 4. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
With Olle Trail Course 20 right in front of the house, it is perfect for a leisurely walk to the seaside; it is an ideal spot to soak up the atmosphere of a coastal village. Additionally, Conan Beach is just a 1–2 minute drive away, making it easy for you to enjoy the ocean whenever you like.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included utilities.
Poor ventilation seems to be an issue; laundry doesn't dry completely even after two days. You need to bring your own toiletries, toilet paper, and similar items. It was inconvenient that not even basic cleaning supplies were provided. Bedding and basic kitchenware are available only for an additional fee (30,000 KRW). While I understand the nature of short-term rentals, this doesn't seem like a suitable place for travelers.
The accommodation looks exactly like the photos, which I really loved. It was clean and comfortable, making for a truly pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the location—close to Sehwa and various beaches—making it a perfect base for exploring the eastern part of the island. Thanks to the kind host, I had a wonderful time!
It was clean, and I liked that the kitchen and bedroom were separate. Above all, the friendly and prompt communication was excellent!
