Our accommodation is located a 10-minute walk southeast of Exit 1 of Yeoksam Station in Gangnam. I’ll let the location and neighborhood speak for themselves—it is a convenient yet quiet residential area. ^^#### We put a great deal of thought and effort into bringing the essence of nature into our space, as we truly appreciate the unique atmosphere and qualities of solid wood. We ensure the place stays spotless by regularly clearing out dust and debris from areas like under the bed and inside the sink cabinets, and by sweeping and wiping the floors daily. Unlike vinyl-coated furniture, our solid wood wardrobes don't require dehumidifiers during the rainy season, so there's no need to buy any. The kitchen drawers pull out fully—we hope you enjoy the natural, Korean-inspired ambiance of the space!

This is a clean and comfortable space located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam. Situated between Yeoksam Station and Gangnam Station, it offers excellent transportation access and is ideal for business trips, leisure travel, or long-term stays. The neighborhood is well-equipped with various amenities—including convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies—making daily life very convenient. It is also close to Seolleung and Jeongneung, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and offers easy access to Gangnam’s diverse dining and shopping options. We have prepared the space to ensure convenience during the day and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere for a restful sleep at night. Whether you are traveling solo, on a business trip, or planning a long-term stay, this is a comfortable space where you can relax with ease :)
The monthly maintenance fee of 200,000 KRW covers both general building management costs and utility charges. The 100,000 KRW management portion covers internet, TV, electricity for common areas, cleaning, and repairs, while the utility portion covers electricity, water, and gas. This total applies when the utility accounts have not been transferred to the tenant's name. Please note that any utility charges exceeding the 100,000 KRW allowance will be billed separately (costs usually remain under 100,000 KRW unless the air conditioner and heating system are used simultaneously).
They were incredibly kind and really helpful! All the necessary items—like tissues, towels, and trash bags—were provided, and they explained exactly how to handle everything. The space was spacious, so it was very comfortable to use. Thank you! :)
