Living there, I deeply understood why Mencius's mother moved house so many times to find a neighborhood with a top-tier school district and residential infrastructure. The only "entertainment" was a PC bang; there were no bars, and—due to complaints from local moms—nothing stayed open late into the night. Seeing young people in their early twenties—who sought a quiet neighborhood and lived fiercely in pursuit of their dreams—every morning and evening... ...made me think, "If those young friends are working so hard..." "...then I should naturally study even harder." I loved being part of that environment where driven people lived; it helped me stay focused and determined. I had often heard adults say that a good living space, a great complex, and the people around you can change your life... and living here made me realize just how true that is. I’m reminded of my past self—someone who thought monthly rent was a waste of money and, while preparing for the future, focused on the "opportunity cost" of saving a few hundred thousand won a month... ...only to end up in a place where coming home brought sighs instead of rest—a place I dreaded returning to. I used to memorize Adam Smith's "invisible hand" by rote, yet I was blind to the invisible opportunity cost of that "golden time"— the precious, fleeting period that exists only when you are preparing for your life ahead. I realized there is great value in forming a "reference group" like this, even if only indirectly. Also, compared to other places in the neighborhood, the room was huge for the price and the renovated facilities were excellent. I especially loved the premium features—like the Sidiz chair and high-quality desk lamp— and the massive study desk that you’d usually only find in a high-end study cafe. It was a fully furnished place with amenities you couldn't find elsewhere, so I wanted to extend my stay, but—as expected—it was fully booked. It’s a place I’d definitely want to stay at again.

The interior felt cozy and warm, and the host's thoughtful touches were evident throughout the space. I could tell that attention had been paid to even the smallest details, and the place was thoroughly cleaned—not just the visible areas, but every nook and cranny. Although it was a rental property, the host had provided everything necessary for daily living, so I stayed very comfortably without any inconvenience. I was staying with my child; the desk allowed them to study for exams comfortably, and the foldable mattress ensured a good night's sleep. Having a dryer was also incredibly helpful during the hot and humid summer. Parking is often difficult in many places, so having a dedicated parking space was a huge plus. I was also pleased with how quiet the area was. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you.
