Buses to Daehwa Station and KINTEX are available within a 6-minute walk. Buses to Juyeop and Jeongbalsan Stations are available within a 7-minute walk. Bus M7412, bound for Nonhyeon Station and Gangnam Station, is available within an 8-minute walk.
❗️The air conditioner and the "Sam-ten-by-me" (Samsung TV stand) are brand new; we would appreciate it if you could handle them with care for the next guests. A washing machine and drying rack are provided. The living room table also features built-in storage. ⏳️Check-in time: 17:00 ⌛️Check-out time: 11:00 Please make sure to adhere to the check-out time! If a delay affects the next guest's check-in, a fee will be deducted from your security deposit. This fee consists of a base charge of 30,000 KRW plus an additional 10,000 KRW for every hour of delay; the amount will be given to the next guest as compensation. We kindly ask for your cooperation to avoid any issues. Please contact us if you would like to adjust the timing! We will email you a manual with detailed information upon your arrival.

All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee. Excessive use of the included utilities may result in a request for an additional maintenance fee.
