It is located a 5–10 minute walk from Myeonghak Station and right in front of the Manan-gu Office. It offers convenient access to Anyang, Beomgye, and Pyeongchon Stations, and the proximity of bus stops makes using public transportation easy.
📌 Guest Information Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 11:00 You may check in yourself at your convenience using the access code provided prior to your arrival. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Parties, excessive noise, and loud shouting are not allowed; please observe quiet hours after 10 PM out of consideration for the neighbors. You are free to use the Nintendo Switch, two TVs, and the StanbyME screen in the game room; please turn them off before checking out. Please give used tableware a quick wash, and dispose of trash in the designated area after sorting it for recycling. Before leaving, please turn off all lights and the heating/cooling system, and ensure the door is locked.
Free parking is available for one vehicle. Upon arrival, please be sure to register your vehicle license plate as a visitor vehicle on the whiteboard in the first-floor lobby. The parking barrier is operated via remote control. The remote control is placed on the dining table for your use; please return it to its original location after entering or exiting the parking area. Please handle the remote control with care, as charges may apply if it is lost or damaged.
