It is clean, quiet, and well-equipped with everything needed. The location is great, and communication with the host is smooth.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and tidy, and well-stocked with most household essentials, including kitchenware, toiletries, and a washing machine with a drying rack. The landlord was very communicative and provided clear, detailed information about both the unit and the building, which we really appreciated. There are a couple of convenience stores right nearby, along with various cafes and restaurants in the area. However, I felt the listed distances to the nearest subway stations were a bit off—they seemed farther away than stated, or perhaps the estimates were based on driving rather than walking. That said, it’s still not bad; there are two subway stations within walking distance offering access to four different lines (2, 3, 4, and 5)—just something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage!

Both the location and the facilities were excellent. It looked exactly like the photos, and there were plenty of amenities available, which was great. I think I’ll stay here again next time I visit Seoul. However, the window was a bit awkward to close.
