This is a newly built (2022) two-room villa located right in front of the National University of Education. It features a southeast-facing layout that ensures excellent natural light, and its location in an upscale residential area offers a quiet and pleasant living environment. Each bedroom is equipped with a Quick Sleep Q8 queen-size mattress, and the unit comes fully furnished and equipped with essential appliances—including a smart TV, bed, washing machine, and refrigerator—for your convenience. Free parking is also available, featuring a self-parking system for added ease of use.
It boasts excellent transportation accessibility, located within a 7-minute walk of Seoul National University of Education Station (Line 2), an 8-minute walk of Nambu Bus Terminal Station (Line 3), and a 12-minute walk—or an 8-minute bus ride (via the Seocho 03 bus)—from Gangnam Station (Shinbundang Line). With quick access to key areas of Gangnam, it offers convenient commuting as well as easy access to a wide range of lifestyle and cultural amenities.

Thanks to the kind owner, I had a wonderful stay. The room condition was excellent, and the neighborhood is very quiet. It is also an easy walk to the subway station. I will definitely make this my top choice for my next visit.
