One-week contracts are available only during September. We will send you an information message once the contract is confirmed. Smoking is prohibited inside the room. The 1+1 room is for single occupancy only.

Water, gas, electricity, and internet/TV charges are included. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of these included utilities.
