Hello! This is Zero Villa, and we have recently renovated our building. Many guests felt that the management and cleaning fees for short-term rentals were a bit steep relative to the length of their stay. So, we’ve set our rates to the absolute minimum—provided that guests avoid unnecessary utility usage (like leaving the water running when going out) and tidy up a bit before checking out (returning the room to a state similar to when they arrived). We hope everyone who stays at Zero Villa enjoys a comfortable and relaxing visit.
