It is the first apartment complex you encounter when entering Sokchoālocated close to the Sokcho ICāmaking it convenient to travel to Goseong and Seoraksan Mountain. Since Sokcho is compact, you can reach any destination within 20 to 30 minutes.
ā¤ļø Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. ā¤ļø Check-in is contactless. ā¤ļø Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. ā¤ļø As this is a regular apartment complex, activities that disturb other residentsāsuch as parties or loud noiseāare prohibited. ā¤ļø General waste must be disposed of in designated standard garbage bags, and recyclables must be sorted and separated. (Recycling facilities are available at the rear of the building on the ground floor.)
ā¤ļø Early move-in is possible upon consultation. However, please vacate the unit by 11:00 AM, as the cleaning service will arrive that afternoon to prepare for the next tenant. ā¤ļø Detailed instructions and the door code will be sent the day before move-in. ā¤ļø Please note that one of the two gas stove burners is not working properly.
Additional management fees may be charged if included items are used excessively.
