▶ The move-in process is contactless. ▶ Once the contract is finalized, we will send a message the day before move-in with instructions and details (such as access codes for the main entrance and your unit).
▶ Upon check-out, please turn off the heating/cooling and lights, and dispose of your trash and recyclables. (Recycling bins are located near the studio.) ▶ Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted.
- Internet, cable TV, Wi-Fi, common area electricity, water, stairwell cleaning, and septic tank maintenance are included in the management fee. - Items not covered by the management fee will be settled and billed upon move-out.
