(Special Terms) Smoking indoors is prohibited. Avoid actions that disturb neighbors or cause inter-floor noise (e.g., loud shouting, parties) that could lead to complaints. - Do not register the premises as a business address or for resident registration. Violation of the above special terms may result in contract termination without a refund of usage fees, and the security deposit will not be returned. Additionally, the tenant will be liable for damages resulting from any violation of these special terms. (Other) Costs may be charged for any soiling or damage to the unit.
All utility costs are included in the service fee. (Please note that guests may be charged an additional fee if excessive usage beyond normal limits is detected.) We kindly ask for your cooperation in using resources wisely.
