Check-in is contactless. Each person is allowed to use one room. If this rule is violated, you will be asked to leave without a refund. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. A washer and dryer are available for use in the common area. Please bring your own bedding (pillow, pad, blanket) and personal items (toilet paper, indoor slippers, hair dryer, etc.).
This is a short-term rental agreement for one month. The contract will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis until you move out. This is a goshiwon (a type of affordable housing), which is classified as accommodation, not real estate rental. The Housing Lease Protection Act does not apply. The monthly fee is paid in advance, and the contract is on a monthly basis. If you do not indicate your intention to move out two weeks before the end of your stay, the contract will be automatically extended for one month. One person per room. Mixed-gender occupancy, unauthorized entry by outsiders, and overnight stays by guests are not permitted.
Electricity, water, and internet costs are included.
