Check-in: After 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM No indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes). A cute and very sociable Pomeranian lives in the living room. Feeding the dog is strictly prohibited. Indoor smoking or feeding the dog will result in a 300,000 KRW fine and immediate eviction. The Host: Friendly male owner who speaks English and welcomes international students! Failure to vacate by the end of the contract period (11:00 AM check-out) will result in charges for clearing and storing abandoned belongings, cleaning, and daily compensation for illegal occupancy (100,000 KRW per day). Please bring your own personal hygiene items (towels, shampoo, lotion, bedding, etc.).
