It is a bright, neat, south-facing room. It is located in a safe and convenient area.
It is near Dongmyeong Middle School, next to City Hall.
Right next to the building, there is a public parking lot, a CU convenience store, a gimbap shop (on the first floor), and Compose Coffee.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, additional fees may be charged if usage is excessive and exceeds the average of other units in the building.
The interior was neat and the water pressure was great; I had a very comfortable stay, even though it was brief. There is a convenience store right nearby, and if the public parking lot is full, you can park around Gaesu Park. I’ve made sure to clean up thoroughly for the next guest. I also want to thank the owner for being flexible with the check-in and check-out times.
