When looking for a rental, location and cleanliness were my top priorities. During my five-week stay, the place met both criteria perfectly, and I was highly satisfied overall! It’s just a five-minute walk from Yangjae Station, there were absolutely no issues with bugs, and the building was kept clean thanks to scheduled recycling collection. The host was kind and responsive; aside from the bed being a bit small, the studio layout worked perfectly for my husband and me. Since it’s located right near a street full of restaurants, it would be a great choice for short-term stays as well as long-term rentals. I really enjoyed my stay! ;-)
