A colleague arranged this place for me on short notice for a business trip, and the neighborhood is fantastic—plus, this building is the most beautiful one in the area. It’s rare to find a place where both the interior and exterior are attractive, but this one has the feel of a high-end residence. My office is near the Gangnam Station Shinbundang Line, and the morning walk there took only about eight minutes. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next business trip. It is close to Yangjae Subway Station, and for those staying here while their children attend nearby academies, transportation is extremely convenient thanks to the many buses right out front heading toward Daechi and Hanti. Perhaps because there are so many offices in the area, there are plenty of great restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making for a quiet and comfortable stay without any inconvenience.

I stayed here temporarily while my new home was being renovated, and it was incredibly pleasant. The natural light and humidity levels were perfect, the place smelled great, and the facilities were kept spotless. I would highly recommend it to others.
