The apartment maintenance fee covers general management costs, gas, electricity, hot water, and heating/cooling expenses. If the total cost exceeds 200,000 KRW per month, the tenant is responsible for the excess amount. (A final settlement based on the actual duration of stay will be made upon move-out.)
I stayed here with my child for two weeks while waiting for repairs to be completed before our move. Although the apartment complex was older, it was well-maintained, and both the grounds and the unit itself were very clean. The hot water pressure was excellent, and the unit received plenty of sunlight, so laundry dried in just a few hours. It was also very convenient to be able to dispose of recyclables at any time, making it easy to handle delivery and takeout containers. We had a very comfortable stay.
