Conveniently located near the station, it is an excellent choice for both short-term and long-term stays.

The location offers convenient access to Sungshin Women’s University, Korea University, and Hansung University, as well as major business and tourist districts like Gangnam, Jongno, and Dongdaemun via public transport. Exit 6 of Suyu Station is right in front of the accommodation.
Check-in is contactless; instructions will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room and throughout the entire building. Please smoke only in designated areas outside the building or on the rooftop. Kindly tidy up shared facilities and the kitchen after use for the next guest. Shared laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available; please remove your personal items after use. Leaving the bathroom door open for ventilation after showering helps maintain a pleasant environment. Please observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM to avoid noise complaints. Kindly turn off the heating/cooling and lights when leaving the room, and please keep your valuables with you.
