Unit Guide

Once the rental is confirmed, I will provide instructions on entry and important guidelines. This is a 40-pyeong (approx. 1,300 sq. ft.) apartment, but only two bedrooms are available for use. (The other two rooms are locked for storage and the heating is turned off.) The living room is spacious, so you can use it to store your belongings. The balcony is also very large. As this is an older apartment, it may not be pristine, so I do not charge a cleaning fee. I will provide fresh bedding. Please leave the place clean upon checkout. I have provided a disposal card so you can directly dispose of food waste in the machine on the first floor. An additional fee may be charged if the waste volume is excessive (over 10kg). There is an electric piano; repair costs may be charged if it breaks down. Recycling collection days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If the balcony trash bin fills up, please dispose of the recyclables yourself on those days. Additional charges apply for damage to other items, flooring, or wallpaper. (Photos will be taken the day before the rental begins.)

A butcher shop, Homeplus Express, cafes, and bakeries are within a one-minute walk, and Sangdong Lake Park is just a five-minute walk away. It is a safe, large-scale apartment complex located near the subway station.

Utility Fee Guide

All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional fees may be charged if usage of the included utilities is excessive. (The base management fee is 70,000 KRW per week; the additional 100,000 KRW covers winter heating costs only. Costs will be settled based on the actual duration of your stay: you will receive a partial refund if heating costs are under 100,000 KRW, or be charged the difference if they exceed that amount.) Example: If you stay for two weeks (Dec 1–14) and the heating cost is 80,000 KRW — You would have paid 340,000 KRW (140,000 KRW base fee + 200,000 KRW heating fee), so you would receive a refund of 120,000 KRW. Due to the aluminum window frames, the unit gets quite cold and is prone to leaks; please keep the temperature at 23°C or lower during the winter.

    I stayed here with my three children because the elevators in our usual apartment complex were being replaced. It is a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, yet it had everything we needed, making daily life very convenient; the house was spotless, and the kids were all very happy here. Since the unit faces east, the morning sunlight streaming in was truly beautiful. Having a washing machine, dryer, and induction cooktop made things very convenient. If you are staying with children, please be mindful of noise that might disturb the neighbors below. Even though I tried my best to keep things quiet, I couldn't fully control my three-year-old, and we ended up getting scolded by the elderly neighbor downstairs. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much to the host.

    I stayed here for a month due to some interior renovation work, and I had a wonderful time. Oh, the clothes rack was a bit small, so I bought a larger one from Coupang to use during my stay and decided to leave it behind for the next guests.

    I stayed here for about two weeks because my home renovation took longer than expected, and I really enjoyed the pleasant, spacious environment! It was great having the kids' school right nearby, and the location was incredibly convenient for my commute on Line 7. Had a wonderful stay! 👍👍👍
