A studio apartment building completed in 2019. This is a semi-basement unit that feels like a ground-floor apartment; it faces due south, allowing for plenty of sunlight and a dry, pleasant atmosphere. Despite being a semi-basement, the building is relatively new; special attention was paid to the drainage and windows to ensure there are no odors, and the south-facing orientation ensures excellent ventilation, meaning there is absolutely no mold. Fully furnished and equipped: Queen-sized bed, air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, TV, kitchenware, and GIGA Wi-Fi; parking is also available. A laundry/service fee of 20,000 KRW applies if you wish to rent bedding and towels. Please let us know if you need these items when making your reservation request.
It is within walking distance of Saejeol Station (Line 6). A bus stop with routes to Hongdae, Mapo, and Sangam-dong is less than a 3-minute walk away.
1. Check-in (Contactless) Access Codes: We will send the entrance and room access codes via the SamsamM2 messaging system on the morning of your check-in day. Wi-Fi: Please check the ID and password located on the back of the router. 2. House Rules (Mandatory) No Smoking: The entire building, including the interior of the room, is a strictly non-smoking area. A special cleaning fee may be charged if smoking is detected. Noise Control: As this is a residential area, please be mindful of loud voices or noise that might disturb neighbors after 10 PM. Heating & Cooling: Please switch the air conditioner and heating system to "Away" mode when leaving the room to conserve energy. 3. Waste Disposal Food & General Waste: Please place waste in the designated standard bags and dispose of it at the outdoor recycling/waste area on the first floor. Recycling: Please sort items by category and place them in the appropriate recycling bins. 4. Check-out Instructions Time: Please complete your check-out by 11:00 AM. Cleanup: Please wash any used dishes and tidy up the room. Final Check: Please turn off all lights and ensure the door is locked before leaving.
It is located in a quiet residential area in Eungam-dong. The Bulgwangcheon Stream waterfront park and walking trails are just a six-minute walk away, making it a great spot for exercise, strolling, or enjoying performances. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and with Hanaro Mart and Daelim Market close by, grocery shopping is very convenient.
