• Move-in takes place on the lease start date, and move-out on the lease end date; specific times will be arranged with the tenant in advance. There are no fixed move-in or move-out times. • Move-in is contactless. • Move-in and usage instructions will be provided once the booking is confirmed. • No indoor smoking (a cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 applies for indoor smoking) / No pets / No parties.

The location is perfect, and the room is very clean. It gets great natural light and is quiet. The host is also quick to respond and very kind.

An amazing stay! The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout my entire visit. The location is absolutely perfect—very convenient and close to everything, especially the Hongdae area and the subway. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a great stay. You can really tell the host cares about ensuring guests have a good experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable to sleep in! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Seoul, and I would happily stay here again in the future!
