It is clean and fully equipped with a bed, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances, etc. The living room sofa can be used as a bed, and with the double bed in the room, it can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a separate laundry room inside, and the rooftop and terrace on the 3rd floor are for exclusive use. There is a cafe on the 2nd floor, which is convenient.
It is a 3-minute walk from the Busan Myeongji Saedongne Bus Stop. There is plenty of free parking in front of the house, and the roads are not congested, so we recommend using a car.
We will send you a notification message once the contract is confirmed. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Pets are allowed.
The Nakdong River walking trail and nearby cafes, restaurants, and large supermarkets make for a convenient lifestyle.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
I had a very comfortable stay. Among the places I've used via SamsamM2, this one offered the best amenities and cleanest facilities—it was fantastic. Having cafes on the first and second floors is a huge plus.
