Upon check-out, a separate charge based on actual usage will be billed following a meter reading. The security deposit refund will be approved once the final settlement and check-out inspection are complete. An additional cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW applies if a pet is brought along. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors; a deodorization fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged if smoking occurs. A fee of 50,000 to 100,000 KRW per section will be charged for any damage to the wallpaper. Additional cleaning fees may be charged depending on the condition of the unit upon check-out. For the cases mentioned above, the security deposit refund will be approved once the additional payment has been received.
