• It is located about a 10-minute taxi ride from Gumi Station. • The nearest bus stop is about a 7-minute walk away. • A GS25 convenience store is about a 3-minute walk away, and a CU convenience store is about a 5-minute walk away. • Nearby supermarkets make it convenient to shop for groceries and daily necessities. • Gong Cha, Daiso, and Olive Young are within a 10–15 minute walk. • With a library and a university hospital nearby, the location is convenient for long-term stays, business trips, or hospital visits. • It takes about 5 minutes by car to reach Hyonggok Observatory, and about 10 minutes by car to reach Mt. Geumo and Geumridan-gil.

The surrounding area has great amenities. The place is incredibly tidy (it looks even cleaner in person than in the photos). It’s stylishly decorated with lovely little accents; the place looks beautiful. The host is kind. Everything essential is provided so you can settle in right away. The bed is comfortable. I’m not great with words, so I can't fully express it, but I highly recommend it.
It’s fully equipped, so you can have a comfortable stay! It was great that most places nearby—like supermarkets, convenience stores, and pharmacies—were just a few minutes' walk away. 🫶🏻
