This space is ideal for short-term use if you need a place while preparing for renovations or moving. (Any heating costs exceeding the base amount will be settled later based on actual usage.) The washing machine and dryer have been fully disassembled and cleaned, ensuring they are spotless.
There is a bus to Jamsil right in front of the house (Metropolitan Bus No. 6000).
Smoking is prohibited. Please sort your recycling and check the heating/cooling system before checking out. Uijeongbu E-Mart is a 3-minute walk away, and Costco is within a 5-minute drive; the area in front of the building features a commercial district, offering great convenience. Metropolitan bus No. 6000 stops right in front, making it easy to travel to Gangnam.
There is an E-Mart, an art library, and walking trails nearby, and accessing local shops and amenities is very convenient.
Electricity and HVAC charges are to be settled upon check-out based on actual usage (payment for the specific amount consumed by the unit and HVAC system; excluding common area electricity and progressive rate surcharges). (Calculated on a daily basis.)
The landlord is kind and responds incredibly quickly. There were some issues with the washer and dryer when we first arrived, but they were resolved promptly, and we used them without any problems afterward. It got cold toward the end of our stay, so we had to use the heating at night, but the place warmed up quickly. The location is perfect. You step outside and find yourself in a paradise of food options. While the area toward the back can feel a bit desolate due to many vacant commercial units, this specific building faces the main road, so it feels safe and comfortable even late at night. The windows are large, so it would be nice to have curtains. I’m not sure about short-term stays, but for stays longer than a month, you have to bring a mattress or bedding to sleep on, which adds to your luggage—that’s one downside. Aside from that, the conditions are excellent.
