The room is spacious and pleasant, making it ideal for two people. It features a queen-sized bed, an individual heating system, and excellent soundproofing. Almost everything needed for daily life is provided. Amenities range from a comfortable bed with bedding and pillows to a direct-flow water purifier, hangers, a desk, a chest of drawers, a rice cooker, and an electric kettle; basic toiletries (including toothpaste and toothbrushes) and trash bags (standard and food waste) are also supplied. A washing machine and dryer are installed, and the unit has an individual heating system. There is a direct-flow water purifier with a 4-stage filtration system that undergoes periodic filter changes. Internet TV, Netflix, and YouTube are available. Residency registration is possible for stays of three weeks or longer.
It is a 3-minute walk to the bus stop bound for Galwol-dong/Namyeong-dong and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop bound for Seoul Station; it is also a 5-minute walk to Seoul Station (Line 4), 7 minutes to Seoul Station (Line 1), and 7 minutes to Sookmyung Women's Univ. Station (Line 4).
For stays extending beyond the original period (up to one week), an additional fee of 40,000 KRW per day applies. While the unit has good soundproofing, please avoid making loud noises or speaking loudly after 10 PM. Pets are generally not permitted due to concerns regarding noise and potential damage or soiling of furniture and bedding. However, if you can ensure there will be no noise or damage, we may consider your request if you inform us in advance. You will be required to cover the cost of any damage to property, soiling or damage to bedding, stained towels or walls, lost items, or damaged/soiled household goods using your security deposit. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. Please do not lie on the bed or lean against the walls while wearing clothing (such as jeans or T-shirts) that may transfer dye. Please avoid spilling food on the bedding. Placing bedding on the floor can cause damage. Using towels to wipe up spills or dirt—rather than for personal use—can damage them; please use the dishcloth provided at the sink instead. Do not scratch or damage the rice cooker by using a spoon instead of the provided paddle. When using the induction cooktop, please be careful not to burn the pot by heating it too rapidly. Please do not remove any provided household items from the unit. The standard cleaning fee does not cover the costs associated with the issues mentioned above. Additionally, most bedding and household items are reused by other guests after cleaning, so we kindly ask that you use them with care.
A supermarket near Seoul Station, Daiso, and Huam Market are within a 10-minute walk, while the bustling areas of Namyeong-dong and Sookmyung Women's University are 15 minutes away.
Additional management fees will be charged if utilities such as electricity and water are used excessively.
