It’s a 3-minute walk from the station, with a bus stop and public bike rental nearby; plus, having Seongbukcheon Stream right next to the house makes it perfect for walking or running. There are plenty of convenient amenities in the area, which is great. However, the fact that the restroom is outside and the lack of soundproofing were inconvenient. I wonder just how many households are living on either side... It was a hassle having a neighbor who wouldn't flush the toilet. Aside from noisy neighbors, there are no issues with living here. Thanks to this place, my commute was convenient for the past three weeks. Thank you.
