    The place was much dirtier than it looked in the photos. There was dust, hair, and food residue everywhere, and the dishes and furniture were so poorly maintained that I couldn't use them. The bathroom drain clogged after just five seconds of running the water, making it difficult to shower. There was no hair dryer, so you'll need to bring your own! I can understand some level of odor or dampness since it's a semi-basement unit, but there were so many gnats and ants. Also, the soundproofing was non-existent; I could hear people smoking or talking right outside the unit even in the middle of the night. It might be a good choice if you only care about the location and proximity to the subway station, but I found it a difficult place to stay for a week.
